An update on what we're doing.

1.  24/7 supply.  While our work often goes unnoticed our systems, software, personnel, and services supply and maintain your website and domain 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  No matter what time of the day or night a client or potential client wants access to your website or sends you an e-mail we're there to deliver them.

2.  For those Practices who's domain we host, the amount of space included has been increased FOC by 250%.

3.  New content management system (CMS).  We recently introduced a new content management system (CMS).  This requires a new, or rebuilt, site and gives you control over all content and menu items.  This new CMS can also help with Search Engine listings and rankings.

4.  Peter Butcher and Nimish Jha.  Peter and Nimish have joined our team and bring a wealth of website development skills and both are excellent site designer.

5.  A review of many of our client's sites show that they rank well in Google.  The new CMS is a big help here.

6.  Website Gallery.  Please see our Gallery to view some of our latest websites.

7.  We subscribe to 5.5 million images and should you want to use any then we are happy to provide them for a handling fee of $10 each.  These images can be viewed using keywords at Think Stock Photos, simply send us the ID(s) you want and we'll send the image back to you.  If you'd like us to add these images into your site's content, restricted to sites we've built, then advise us where and we'll do so for an extra $15 per image.

8.  Why website updates are once a month? Apart from adding, for example, Articles to all sites every month to aid client communication, doing so also trains Google and other Engines to revisit your site and reindex it every month as well.  A major plus, other than being judged as a better performing site is that if you add landing pages, promote new services, introduce new staff, etc then all such changes will be indexed and on the Internet sooner rather than later. Those sites that don't update at this rate may never be visited by Search Engines.

9.  Update your site.  Every 2-3 years a website should be updated to keep it fresh and alive.  Update for $850 including new CMS and GST.

10. Finally, our Objective in 2011 and 2012 is to help you better understand the final part of making a website produce what you want.  It's all about improved marketing planning - we've spoken to 160 Practices recently and found only 2-3 that have formal planning of the type needed.  An added bonus of such a focus is that it introduces better Planning into a Practice and that, for most, is a big plus in any case.  If you don't plan to use website technology as part of the way you implement your marketing strategies then it's not going to deliver you very much.  On the other hand, making your website part of the marketing team will finally make it  deliver what you've always wanted, a decent ROI, improved client support and added business efficiencies.
