The Goanna Bundle consists of the following services and works to overcome all the problems of why websites have failed until now.  We know you have only 1-2 hours a month to run a website based strategy.  You can't do this if you have to maintain and use your site, so this Bundle replaces your need to maintain a site so you can concentrate on the vastly more important issue of Using it.

While individual service costs are listed below, the price for the complete Goanna Bundle is $1,499.00 per annum, a significant saving.

However, first things first:  AcctWeb exists not just to make a website work but more importantly, to turn it into a proper website based marketing, communication and lead generation solution for your Practice.  We know your clients will give you only 10 minutes a month and it's the need to maximise your return from this time that's the basic objective of the Goanna Bundle. 

There are now eight (8) services included in the Goanna Bundle:

1. 2-3 articles per 2-3 weeks and uploaded to the site FOC.  Accountants have tried for over 10 years to supply their own articles and newsletters but have failed.  You need a reason at least every month to put your website in front of all your clients so it has to change.  We guarantee this change is made so all you need do is make sure clients see it.  It's all about communication, not what's written.  If you try to promote more often than monthly then it's seen as too much but less is a wasted opportunity. ($390.50 pa if purchased separately)

2. Site editor (SoW) designed for those with very limited time, no prior experience, and no training.  It's vital that Accountants not only have their site ticking over but that they look to personalise their client contact further by adding the odd article about themselves from time to time.   ($390.50 pa if purchased separately)

3. Secure File Transfer.  One aspect of work is to send and receive large files and confidential documents that are currently sent by insecure methods such as e-mail or diskette. Secure FTP is the ability to transfer such files back and forth in a secure manner. It also means your clients have to visit your site to use it and that means they see your name and services yet again. ($390.50 pa if purchased separately)

4. Calculators that can be expanded to a sophisticated Budgeting and Financial Toools system.  Some sites report that up to 35% of their traffic is to the calculators on their site.  Calculators are a good way to provide interactivity and ours do that.  However, we've gone well beyond this and can use your calculators as a comprehensive set of extra services you can offer FOC.  This means that when a client uses this resource their information is stored so they can come back to edit it in the future.  This storage means our Accountants can gain access to this information if allowed for marketing and client support reasons.  Click here to ask for more information on this larger system.  ($390.50 pa if this component of the Goanna Bundle is purchased separately)

5. eWombat.  Unparalleled financial search facility. A search engine for Financial Planners known as the eWombat (nee AIO). While covering over 185 web sites it is even better at searching the ATO's website than what they offer. eWombat turns your web site into a very large knowledge base and helps make your web site into a great productivity tool for your staff as well. ($390.50 pa if purchased separately).

6.  Stock Ticker.  This is a service that's unique to AcctWeb.
